We are a fast-growing SaaS company in the feedback sector, focused on scaling within the Mid-Market. We are looking for a commercially driven Growth Marketer to help us consistently generate over 120 qualified demos per month for our enterprise plan.
About the role
As we scale in the mid-market, we’re looking for a data-savvy, commercially driven Growth Marketer to execute and optimise high-impact paid acquisition campaigns. You’ll play a key role in helping us generate over 120 qualified demos per month for our enterprise plan. This role requires confident, independent campaign execution and tactical collaboration across Sales, Product, and Design to translate insights into measurable growth.
You will report into the Head of Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product and Design teams to deliver on Go-to-market campaigns to drive new opportunities.
What Great Looks Like
Within your first 3–6 months, you will:
- Independently manage and optimise full-funnel paid campaigns across Google, Bing, and LinkedIn.
- Consistently deliver high-quality demo volumes while improving CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Run and interpret A/B and multivariate tests across ads and landing pages, sharing insights that inform future iterations.
- Use data and dashboards to identify early signals, propose optimisations, and shape tactical decisions.
- Collaborate confidently with Sales and Product to align campaign messaging and share market insights.
Role Responsibilities
- Execute paid media campaigns based on strategic input, owning day-to-day optimisation and performance.
- Run A/B tests and multivariate experiments across ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.
- Analyse performance data to inform budget allocation, creative direction, and channel mix.
- Build and manage remarketing campaigns to drive conversion and improve brand recall.
- Maintain robust tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and HubSpot.
- Produce and present campaign performance reports to influence decision-making.
- Brief creative assets with clarity and context, ensuring timely delivery and alignment.
Skills & Experience Must-Haves
- 3+ years in growth or performance marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Bing.
- Experience running A/B and multivariate tests with measurable outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and HubSpot.
- Strong grasp of lead gen funnels and conversion rate optimisation tactics.
- Analytical mindset with a clear ability to translate insight into action.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and briefing creative teams.
Experience we’d love to see
- Experience in marketing attribution and familiarity with CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics.
- Familiarity with tools like VWO, Optimizely, or similar testing platforms.
- A strong portfolio of practical experience—even without a formal degree.
