This is a high-impact role designed to accelerate SmartSurvey's growth in the mid-market / Enterprise space. As a pure new-business manager, you’ll play a key role in acquiring strategic logos, navigating complex sales cycles, and driving meaningful change for our customers. Your success will directly support our mission to turn feedback into action and position SmartSurvey as a leader in secure, insight-driven SaaS.
About the role
You're not just hitting quota you’re reshaping how we sell, the deals we close, and how we learn. Within 6–12 months, you will:
- Consistently deliver £120k+ in monthly net new ACV
- Close 5- and 6-figure deals with mid-market / enterprise stakeholders
- Influence sales messaging and pipeline strategy
- Be seen as a trusted advisor internally and externally
- Model SmartSurvey’s values: Own It End-to-End, Move Before the Market, and Make Complexity Simple
Responsibilities:
- Own and exceed a £120k/month new business target (ACV)
- Build and manage an outbound pipeline via LinkedIn, cold outreach, events, and referrals
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal to close
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deals with insight, clarity, and strategic intent
- Deliver product demos and business cases that emphasise ROI
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce
- Share market feedback with Marketing and Product to refine positioning
Skills and Experience
Essential
- 5+ years in SaaS sales with mid-market or enterprise clients
- Proven ability to close £30k+ ACV deals from outbound
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, email outreach platforms)
- Driven, curious, and accountable
Experience we’d love to see
- Experience selling to sectors we serve (public sector, healthcare, finance)
- Familiarity with survey, CX, or insights platforms
- Ability to coach others or contribute to sales enablement
- AI enthusiasm, We're looking for someone who’s passionate about cutting edge AI tools, excited by new technology, and proactive in finding ways to streamline processes through automation, SaaS solutions through collaboration and integrations.

Salary: £50k - £60k, with uncapped commission that puts you in full control of your earnings. The sky's the limit!

This is a remote role; however, you may be required to attend team meetings occasionally. You must have a suitable space to work from at home and a reliable internet connection.
